"To go" or "all day" are used synonymously to mean "the entire bet size". That is, if someone in a NL or PL game raises to $20 preflop, the dealer may indicate the next player to act and say "$20 to go, sir". If someone asks the current size of a bet, the dealer may say "$20 all day" indicating that is the total bet the player needs to call.
