OTB is a commonly-used acronym for off-track betting, a standard form of horse-race betting.
OTBs are sites where gamblers can watch and bet on horse races at sites other than their location. OTBs often have large banks of televisions covering other race tracks, and of course have casino-style cages where bets are placed and redeemed.
