Hole cards

Hole cards are the set of downcards dealt to each player at the start of a poker hand, in a variant that does such a thing. This includes, notably, the pair of downcards players are dealt to start hands of Hold 'em or 7-card stud, as well as the set of four hole cards dealt to start a hand of Omaha.
